Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with original box and tags.

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse are not eligible for exchange.
๐ Size Exchanges

Size exchanges are allowed once per order, subject to stock availability.

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before placing an order.

If the requested size is unavailable, you may choose:

Another product, or

Store credit (for COD orders)

For online paid orders, exchanges are allowed for:

Size issues

Defective or incorrect items

Any price difference must be paid or refunded accordingly.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
๐ต Cash on Delivery (COD) โ Pakistan Only

COD orders are eligible for exchange only.

No cash refunds are provided for COD orders.

If an exchange is not possible, store credit will be issued.

Store credit can be used on future purchases and does not expire.

Customers are responsible for exchange shipping charges.

If the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the shipping cost.

Please use a trackable courier service when returning items.
